Lake Libations Mobile Bar is a business built on fun and celebration. They bring the party to weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings with their mobile bar setup. Their website needed to capture that same festive spirit while also handling the serious business side of booking and event planning.
I designed the site to be as energetic and inviting as the Lake Libations experience itself. Bold colors and lively imagery set the tone from the moment visitors arrive. The site showcases their available packages, service areas, and photo galleries from past events so potential clients can immediately picture how Lake Libations could elevate their own gathering.
The real challenge and the part I am most proud of was building out the backend functionality. I developed complex forms that allow clients to submit detailed booking requests covering everything from event type and guest count to specific drink packages and timing preferences. These forms feed into an organized system that makes it easy for the Lake Libations team to review and respond to inquiries.
I also implemented an integrated invoicing and deposit solution that streamlined the payment process. Clients can receive invoices, make deposits, and manage their bookings all through the website. This eliminated the back and forth of traditional payment methods and gave both the business and its customers a smoother experience. The site stands out not just for its looks but for how much heavy lifting it does behind the scenes.
